Page Information
According to the provisions of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) and the European Union (EU) Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), Key Information Documents on individual financial instruments must be made available to private clients. These Key Information Documents contain information on the product features as well as on the risks and costs involved, and enable the comparison of different financial instruments.
As a client of Van Lanschot Kempen, you can access these Key Information Documents for a number of collective investment schemes, structured products and bonds via the search mask on this website. To call up a basic information sheet on a financial instrument, you must enter the ISIN in the search field. The ISIN is the international securities identification number for identifying financial instruments and can be found in the publications of the issuer of the financial instrument (issuer). You can also obtain printed copies of the Key Information Documents from your client advisor on request.
